If that is not "subject to change" does that mean that the New Loka are looking for an Earth before Orokin Meddling but after the Technocyte Apocalypse following Dark Sector?

 

Does this tell us more about the Ancients? Are they the most "pure human" of all the Infested? Is that why the Neural sentry controls only Ancients and no other infested?

 

Or are these "Ancient Healers" not infested at all? Are they humanoid troops that the Infestation began co-opting long ago?

Ancient Healer probably refers to a simple Rescue-target-like NPC which emits healing waves much like the Ancient Infested. So as to help you in a solo t4 mission. In a very unoriginal, dull and unimaginative way.

I highly doubt that they have anything to do with the infestation. It says they are obsessed with the human form "before its corruption"... the "pure" human form. If anything, they're trying to restore humanity to its previous glory: to the times before the corrupt corpus technocracy, the totalitarian empire of grineer, and the horde of infested abominations.

Technically the technocyte virus plague pre-dates even  the Orokin.

 

The Orokin may have created "The Infestation" but the virus existed before that (According to the pre-codex lore).
