Unable To Open Reactor In Sabotage Alert (Mimas - Saturn)

I could not finish this alert mission, because I could not interact with reactor's control panel and open reactor core to destroy it.

Use button do nothing with this panel:

So, i abort mission, but i lost time and cannot replay this alert. I just hope this is only isolated case, and this will never happen again.

Try to re-enter the room, happened to me too but when I ran out and back it triggered and let me open reactor.

Yes, I re-enter reactor room many times, no effects.
