Help! I'm Trapped In A Clan!

Is there any way to delete your clan if your the only member? Started a clan for me and my friends on the X1, but a certain other space themed game caught there attention before they could reply to my invites, leaving me in my one horse town of a clan with no way out. I've read that the only way to leave a clan is to promote someone else to clan leader but I don't want to recruit someone with the sole purpose of bailing on them.

There should be an option in the clan management menu for Clan deletion. I'm not 100% sure is there one on the xbox version of the game.

No luck... Just has Invite, Edit ranks, MOTD, Dark sector pay caps and Create alliance. :(

On PC all your have to do is right click your name in the clan menu and click Leave Clan.

Sorry, just checked. It is as simple as this: just select your own name in the clan tab, and press Leave clan

Tried this before making this post, comes up with a window saying "You must promote another player to your current rank before performing this action." I'll contact suppert and see if they can delete it.
