Made some custom Archwings for my favorite Warframe, Valkyr!

Archwings are cool, and ideas are buzzing through my head of all the possibilities.

This is the first! The Vengeance Archwing, Featuring a giant Scythe-looking weapon.

More Archwings are other Warframes to come!

Feedback is appreciated!

While I like it overall, there is a petty niggle I want to address.

Archwings, as seen in Devstream 39, attach at the lower back area whereas yours seems to attach just below the chest. While probably just a stylization choice (like the frowney face on your Valkyr), it's something that's minorly irritating to my detail-oriented brain.

But I still like it, especially it's giant scythe of doom. +1

I don't like DE's direction of placing the archwings on the lower back. It should be more like 'wings', usually attached to the upper back region.

I kinda like the lower-back style. It's unique, and it makes me think about why, lore-wise, the wings are attached at the lower back rather than the upper back.

My best guess would be to keep the wings out off the way. If you're swinging a sword that's bigger than you are, the last thing you want is for your arm or the sword to hit a giant piece of metal during the wind-up.

Lower back is closer to the actual center of gravity on a humanoid, makes maneuvering in zero-g much easier. Plus, attaching the winks at chest height would block all view from where our camera angles stand.

Looks really cool though what kept bothering me when i looked at it was the end section of the melee weapon. To me the perspective feels a bit of. Kinda like its almost hitting the archwings.

Also just wondering but have you planned any abilities for this awesome archwing?
