Boltor Critical Strike Chance Bugged Or Just Way Too Low?!

I have a rank 30 Boltor with orokin catalyst and I have Rank 9 "Point Strike" which is the max rank for this mod. The mod gives me 150% critical strike chance and I would assume that this 150% critical strike chance is the % increase of my base crital strike chance which I do not know and cant find(maybe not looking hard enough for it).

And my problem is that with this 150% critical strike chance increase I get 3-5 critical strikes out of 100 bolts which is just pathetic and that reduces my damage output greatly because with the low base dmg a decent critical strike chance for this weapon would've been the right thing because that would make the weapon worth the use at the higher lvls.

Shorter answer: Don't use crit chance mods.

 

 

Longer answer: They only amplify the weapon's base crit chance chance. Boltor's ~5% base crit would become ~12.5% with mod.

Boltor seems to have a crit chance of 1%. Because it ain't a crit weapon. At all.

Paris is a sniper weapon thats why has more chance of critical.
