Is This A Bug Or...? (Got A Rank 1 Rather Than Unranked Nightmare Mod)

Just did the alert. Notice how it already has one "blip" on it? Is that supposed to be like that? I haven't farmed nightmare mods in ages so I am not sure...

Yeah. Nightmare alerts are bugged atm

Well that's new... I haven't seen that before, so I'd guess this is a bug.

Yeah, It's a bug. I think it happens with alert mods, as I did one for an aura and got it at rank 1 as well. However, the mods aren't actually rank 1- if you go into your inventory, they'll be unranked.

yes i also have noticed that some of the mods i got in game like Barrel diffusion was rank 1...
