Me and the other guy I was with managed to beat them (although we both died - bastard Rocket Heavy took me out while I was trying to res the other guy), and then we couldn't do the MD anymore. As in, we took the datamass to the terminals and no prompt to use them appeared for us. Also...when I died the game didn't autokill me.
