Fusion Away Our Abilities? Need Peoples Opinion

So if they are getting rid of the warframe abilities does that mean that we can transmute and fusion them away and still get them for the update, because me and a bunch of uni friends are wondering what we should do?
so we have the first dilemma of not wanting them to just go to waste and the second of we might not have the abilities if we do.

They will be traded in for fusion cores when the patch goes live..

 

Most probably Common abilities for common fusion cores and so forth.

Mods have never gone to waste in the history of the game. Digital Extremes usually runs a script to convert mods into fusion cores when they become redundant.

I could be wrong here (as we don't know) but as they have said that you wouldn't have to rank your abilities if they were already done.

 

But my guess would be that if you sell or fusion your abilities into other things then you'll have to rank them from zero as if you were starting a new frame.

Keep your maxed abilities. All your abilities will be traded in for fusion cores.
