Shinmei
I found a temporary fix for this issue, in launcher options just uncheck DirectX 10 box, worked nice for me.

But what if you couldn't play with DirectX10 in the first place, like me?
Ven_Tira
But what if you couldn't play with DirectX10 in the first place, like me? Go and check out the Unparking CPU thread that's pinned at the top of the Performance board, it worked for me.

Just tested this, didn't work for me. It still gives me "insufficient video memory"... D:
Anubias
yeah i resolved the issue by downloading latest drivers for graphic card but still game as for now is really badly optimized if optimized at all. 1. Switching warframes game either crashes or gives memory access violation 2. Selecting Mission results in crash until those 2 are fixed i cant report any more bugs ;/
Ven_Tira
Hm, I wonder if your video memory got corrupted..I can't help beyond that, wait and see if a future hotfix doesn't fix it for ya.
Anubias
you may also try increase size of virtual memory like x2 x3 times your total RAM Edited October 24, 2014 by Anubias
judskanw
you may also try increase size of virtual memory like x2 x3 times your total RAM What does that mean and how do I do that?
Anubias
What does that mean and how do I do that? Right click on my computer icon select properties then go to Advanced tab and click performance settings button there will come another window and from there under performance advanced you will have an option to change size of your virtual memory on the side note now games gives new error "DirectX device creation failed" even though i was able to launch game just 2h ago Edited October 24, 2014 by Anubias

Ax-Stark
Same problem for me, i'm running Warframe with a Win XP and 4 Gb ram, i don't think it's my computer because i've been playing since the update 7 and no problem until U15...
judskanw
I think that the latest hotfix fixed my problem. I tried to login this morning and found that there was a hotfix to download. After clicking play, I could finally login! The game crashed as soon as I clicked on the blueprint for one of the Archwings in the market though... Will try to play a mission and Syndicate stuff later this day. School goes first.
kazmiz
I have a 1gb graphic card and could run warframe without any glitches or slideshows. Had no problems of this sort ever. Now every time i try to load the game in full screen i get a " Insufficient video memory". If i try to launch in window mode it just crashes. On occasion it bluescreens my pc. The fix that was released right after u15 didn't help at all.
Divinium
Same problem goes for me, is this problem or after i get the log in screen game crashes, i can't check or unchecked the dx10, 11, and until this update the game run nicely, had no problem at all,
shockwave42
I have the exact same problem, with the insufficient video memory error causing the game to crash, and eventually turn into a bluescreen if I try again. It may have to do with poor optimization for older PC's or something..
