Anyone Else Noticed That The Warframe Mods On Some Of The Rewards For The Factions Are The Same?

I wonder if this was intended or not.  Also some of the weapon choices are quite odd for the factions. Such as Vulkar for New Loka, I thought they were opposed to Steel Meridian. o.o

Just because you're opposed to a faction doesn't mean you aren't going to use their weapons if you can get your hands on them.
