Cosmetic Items Dropping In Mission

Not sure if this is a bug of a feature so I figured I'd start a forum post. 

 

Apparently, Deadalus knee plates (http://i.imgur.com/8ib8rf1.png) dropped from a reinforced corpus cache. I have also seen people talk about immortal skins (http://i.imgur.com/MdP7Tkc.jpg) dropping from Grineer/Corpus caches as well. Is this a bug or intended?

Probably a bug, if it was intentional then they save people a lot plat to use for cosmetics

Though then again, it has a rush price and build time, which makes it more than likely intentional

I would really like an answer for this. There are two vaguely worded patch notes that may have "fixed" this if it was intentional.

 

"Fixed materials on Grineer caches"

 

"Fixed the wrong mission reward being given for the main objective for Orokin Void Sabotage missions."

 

I don't know how people were getting them so it could have been either. I first saw the immortal skin post on reddit, but after seeing this, I'm leaning towards bug.
