First Mission In Archwing Line Bugs

Played the map twice now, both times it bugged out to the point where I couldn't progress any more.

 

1st time was the cache I had to find, was on the Ice Planet side of the portal.

 

2nd time, Lynx dropped the key into the snow 15m with no way for me to acquire it.

 

Just reporting bugs so far.

I can't even get to the mission, I crashout of the loading screen

For me cache spawned into laser plate and I found it before gate shutdown. At least mission proceed normally.

I currently have the game running in the background as I report this one. I was fighting Lynx, running for my life because I had no clue what to do, when I ran back towards the portal you come through at the start of that area (where the sabotage target is). On the way there, I encountered a few Corpus units, which I quickly dispatched, then upon getting the nerve to try and fight the Lynx again, I encountered the Lynx's Ospreys (The shield ones, I may have the name wrong) in an open container-crate thing. I beat them both down using melee, and without ever having done any damage to the Lynx itself, I got the "Now pick up the key" line and the quest cursor thing (orange) points to the portal device thing. I'm not sure exactly where the Lynx was when it died, but I have methodically searched all accessible terrain in that level without so much as a hint of the elusive Lynx, and more importantly, the void key. When I do try to sabotage the portal device thing by pressing X, nothing happens. Even after beating everything I can find with my stick, especially the portal, there is no real solution in sight. I have no interest in quitting (this is not the way of the warrior), but alas, there seems little hope in this endeavor. I will continue to beat every object in the instance with a stick until a solution is found. Please keep me out of the hospital.

I don't even know which mission it is or how to get an Archwing in the first place. Anyone care to help?
