Polarities Removed With Update 15

With the removal of Warframe abilities as mods and having two less mod slots, I no longer have some of the polarities I did before. On my Trinity, for example, I had one of the old Zenurik mod-slots changed to a Vazarin mod-slot. 

Was it intended for peoples formad slots to be permanently removed? Unless I'm missing something, I didn't see it in the patch notes myself.

I'm not angry, just a little bit frustrated that I have to now re-forma my Warframes to get their old polarities back... I've been playing for a little over a year now and have put a lot of time and effort into some of my builds.

Thanks to anyone that can give insight as to why this is.

It has already been said that you have been refunded the forma for whoever this happens to :)

you may not even need that forma'd slot any more too. if you used 3 of your 4 abilities (which i do on trinity), you have 12 mod points more for your build

And yea, I noticed that as well, actually. I've been going for a min/maxed trinity build for awhile now, one that's based off of maximizing the DR from Blessing, and I was a little upset when I noticed a required polarity was gone.

But now that all the abilities aren't eating up space any more I think you're right, a maxed build won't need as many polarities.
