Acc Rank Up Broken?

hey guys,

i just wanted to rank up my acc from 7 to 8. I DO have enough acc exp (profile says 0 til next rank) but the rank up button isnt there in u15. where did it go? anybody was able to rank up after the patch? looking forward to hearing responses.

what ive done so far:

-relogged

-cheacked for updates

-reinstalled game

-asked for help in region channel

-quickgoogled the problem and looked for it on reddit, no succes so far

Same boat man... trying to do the rank 6 test. Next rank up in 0 but no rank up button.

 

Looked everywhere for a solution but nada.

 

I just want that ogris :'(

hotfix didnt do anything.. still cant rank up

There isn't a "rank up" button in the "esc" menu at the top? (I believe that where it was last located), (oh and I've not ranked up recently so I don't know whether it was moved or not).

nah its gone, thats whats the thread all about. It just says "show profile" as if i was not qualified 4 rank up. But i definitly am!

Do you guys have an active quest ATM ? Like the Archwing quest ? Wondering if the 2 things are related...........Clusterfuck if they are

Was looking forward to ranking up before I left home for the weekend, hopefully this gets fixed before I get back
