How Do I Put My Event Emblems On Like Sigils?

In dev stream 38 (IIRC), when they were first showing off sigils, I saw him (one of the devs, I think it was Steve) putting an Emblem of the Hunt on his Rhino (Prime). I have the Emblem of the Hunt, and I'd very much like to put it on my Valkyr like a sigil, instead of a shoulder badge.

Could someone explain to me how this works? Is there something in the market that I need, or do I do it some other way?

Currently, there is no way to do it. It might come in a future update, or it might be one of the many concept implementations we won't actually see again.

But the Emblem of the Hunt was awesomely animated and such in the stream. Seriously they couldn't have thrown that away, right?
