The compatibility problem is not with the game, is the Hardware and Windows 7.
Windows 7 Freezes the PC because there is no Drivers to windows 7 that are compatible with my old Hardware (motherboard from 2005).

My System:

Pentium D

2gb Ram

EVGA 250 GTS 1 gb Gddr3

250 gb HD

Windows 7 x64

Motherboard i955

Looking at those specs it seems as if you're running Win7 at bare minimum requirements. You would actually be better off installing XP itself, and not using 7 at all. What i'm saying is that Win7 can use up alot, it's probably using most of your computers ability just to run itself. Ideally, with those specs, you should be using XP, or if you really want Win7, use the 32 bit version, not the 64.

And as for the drivers, I have no doubt that someone out there would have made them for it, it just requires a bit of searching. But at the end of the day, the ideal solution would be either upgrading the hardware, or downgrade your OS.
