Dysfunctional Radio Towers V.2

Okay so I've previously posted that radio towers were getting captured even though not a single enemy was even attempting to capture it. But now, enemies will no longer even bother trying to capture a radio tower if they were interrupted during the process of. In my case, my Wyrm Prime's Crowd Dispersion interrupted this Shield Lancer who was trying to capture a radio tower. But once it got up, it just ran away instead of trying to capture it again. The radio tower then spend the entire length of the mission permanently blinking. I could still capture it, but as I said, enemies will ignore said tower as if they have already captured it.
