Infested Invasion Archwing Missions.... Bugged? Why Can Such A Thing Happen?

Infested Invasion Archwing Missions....That are only a normal invasion mission?  And is now blocking off the low level Interception mission...  Really?  You think that these nodes would be protected from infestation, or would be a normal archwing mission but a higher level like an escalation dark sector, but cutting off the only low level interception... : (
