The Lack Of Feedback On The Blackscreen Crashing After Launch Is Really Dissapointing

30+ Hours now and still unable to login. can we at least get confirmation that its being worked on? its really frustrating.

I also had trouble with this.  I can't tell you if it's being worked on, but I have found that if I disable both DX10 and DX11 in the launcher options (LAUNCHER OPTIONS, NOT IN GAME) I no longer have this problem.  This is just a temporary solution until the devs fix this.

I had the same problem. Disabling DX11 fixed it. Hopefully the Devs will work on this so it will work on DX11 soon. My boyfriend's computer isn't as powerful or fast as mine,  but his still works with DX11, strangely enough.

Confirming this bug. I had to disable both DX11 and DX10 just for it to work. 

Verifying and Optimizing at the launcher options didn't help sadly. ._.
