Also Trinity and Lex are probably on the chopping block for nerfs, but I'm okay with that.  I'll still use them!  Here's proof.

Dude no offense, but I can solo all non-defense / mob defense missions on Pluto with any warframe without using any skills (powers) just with Latron or a single Viper, and in a timely manner. Did it before 7.8 update and can do it again, seriously your video shows nothing out of ordinary or requiring a nerf.

 

I can do a mission with Ash for example and just kill everything with Bladestorm and say Ash needs nerfs.

 

I can do a mission with Loki and sneak past everything with godlike speed almost never running out of stamina, and say Loki needs nerfs.

 

Or I can chaos mobs and move by on Nyx. Or clear rooms with Banshee aoe. Or drop a Molt with Saryn and have all level mobs run to it while I go by my business. 

 

So am really, in all seriousness not sure what are you trying to say, that a warframe with a weapon can complete a mission on Pluto? I believe that's the design goal? :)

yeah I wouldn't be surprised if trinity gets reworked but that vid didn't show off the actual problem honestly.  Try soloing a boss and having permanent invincibility (and before someone points out rhino I don't have that frame but I'm pretty sure it does not have an energy return mechanic to spam the ability)

What do you mean Trinity gets reworked when she's working the way it's meant to work? Do you actually believe devs put stuff in game without having any idea how it will work?

 

DE_Steve: Geez I had no idea that using an ability that makes you IMMUNE to damage, will make you... IMMUNE to damage! NERF!

 

Who cares if you can have 10 seconds (or whatever duration you can achieve) of invulnerability. Can you clear a wave at Xini with that? How many ancients lvl 60+ can you kill during this invulnerability? Great you can solo bosses with it, good for you is how is intended, same for Rhino.

 

Other Warframes have other things for that. I spam Venom with Saryn and bosses die in 10 seconds. How about that? They don't even get to shoot / run / teleport to me. Plus I have a decoy that attracts mobs on 10 miles radius and lasts until destroyed. And I can instantly kill any non-elite with Miasma. How about your Trinity? How fast can you clear a room with 40 mobs with your SO OVERPOWERED Lex? 

 

To conclude: who in the solar system needs an invulnerability to kill a boss, ANY BOSS, with a lvl 30 warframe, with lvl 30 weapons with good mods?

I'm disappointed, but I guess I should've expected a thread with a title like this to immediately turn into a chest beating circlejerk.

 

gunna have to tell you dude get the hell over yourself there was nothing impressive in that video at all. you just hanged back and sniped with the lex which is the purpose of the gun anyway and there was nothing wow'ing about using blessing here and there.

 

also you coming here posting a vid about how easy it was for you to do pluto with just trinity and lex is some chest beating as well so yeah

sorry to burst your bubble but you dont need to spam iron skin. all it takes is 2 and you can solo any boss. oh and rhino has enough energy for way more than that.

temporary invulnerability is fine like the rhino, permanent invulnerability is broken if you can't see that then you might want to have your brain checked (that last part is just me being an &#! since you can't seem to hold  civil conversation)

Also all the other abilities have flaws like being destructible molt and decoy since you used that example and again you are limited on energy so you can't spam those indefinately you get a dry spell of energy orbs and that's the end of that. 

 

With all that said permanent invincibility should never ever be in a game its obviously a broken mechanic and I fail to understand why everyone defends it... then again its online forums I can't remember the last time someone didn't defend an OP mechanic >_>

 

 

As for the other person commenting bout it only taking 2 of rhinos invulnerability that is a bit of a short sighted viewpoint no? since if they ever tweak bosses to be harder/add harder bosses the problem will still be there
