Cannot Proceed To 3Rd Part Of Hidden Message Quest

After building and claiming Mirage Systems I was expecting the clue briefing to pop, but I haven't received any kind of messages to let me progress to the next step.

 

I tried restart many times but to no avail.

 

There doesn't seem to be anything I can do to fix it. Please help!

Try going directly to the third mission listed through that link and see if its the mission that will give the chassis.

Mirage Systems is the second part gained in the quest, chassis is the last part before getting the main blueprint off the market.

Hi there, this problem is likely solvable with a ticket to Support.

Same thing is happening for me on PC.

 

I was crafting the systems and Update 15 occured.  The systems completed and I have not received a message in my inbox to seek out the chassis blueprints.

 

When I go into the Quest via Codex it still says:  Craft the Mirage Systems with your blue print.  Which I already have.
