Making New Frame - Noob Question

Just started to play ths amazing game and i have one question: when i'll make new warframe will i get core abilieties mods and basic weapons for it or i need to collect them from other sources?

yes they all come with one of each of the four abilities a good question not a noob one your weapons are shared between all frames

They come with their ability cards but if you want new weapons for them you need to make those also.

For the first answer is not so easy to read, Ill give those two points again:

 

1) Every new Warframe comes with 4 basic abilities.

2) Weapons are not warframe specific and come from common pool. You will not gain any when building Warframe.
