KaptainKabi Posted January 12, 2013 Share Posted January 12, 2013 Yes they can be obtained without having to pay cash that's why they took out the pro system and replaced it with a "super charge" system. The blueprints for the reactor and the catalyst are obtained by doing alerts and can be obtained from the daily random log in reward. I got the orokin reactor today as my daily reward. They takes 1 day to craft but this way players can pay to get instant gratification and buy it from the market or farm and wait a day if they don't want to spend real $.
