It is possible to pass through the bottom of the map from that point, but only that point. It is possible for players to get trapped under the map if they don't know where to get back inside. Below is a picture showing my Warframe below the 'blue haze' marking the bottom of the map. Waypoint in this picture is frame of reference pointing where my Warframe was in previous picture.
