tactical_surgeon
before U 15 - Warframe started, and loaded imediatly. but now it takes about 2 - 3 minutes for it to start, and takes about a minute or two to load in and out of missions I don't know why though - I've got more fps than I did the previous update so I don't think my pc is dying or anything. My hard drive maybe ? I don't know
011100110110000101101101
I think it's just Warframe being un-optimized rather than your hardware as many others have been experiencing this.

Me.Greedy
yeah.. i'm having the same issue with my E8400 pentium D... it's pretty much unplayable with these lengths of loading times.
Snougar
You should download a harddrive benchmark like HDTune and give it a whirl. If you're having any issues with reading/writing and access times, you'd see it (Also you should be able to view your hardrives SMART info with HDTune). Also make sure your drivers are as up to date as possible. Though if all else fails it's likely just Warframe being fickle. I know I have the opposite issue where my CPU isn't being utilized enough, despite getting low fps here and there.
