Eris Alert Falling Through Floor

I was doing the Eris alert spy mission. I had three of the 4 needed cases when I fell through the floor. Had to use a revive token, which brought me back into the map. Unfortunately it didn't bring back the three cases I was carrying. I ended up having to abort the mission I was in the mission when hotfix 15.0.6 (I think) went live. I don't know if it had anything to do with it, though probably not.
