Best Places To Farm Orokin Cells?

Is it me or have they made orokin cells and neurodes extremely hard to find after the update?

Tethys Saturn (Killing Ruk) or whatever mission Kril is on. Alternately ODA is decent. Mimas on Saturn is also pretty good.

I forget which missions, but the Void drops them in stacks of 3. It's either survival, defense, or intercept. I can't remember exactly.

The void does NOT drop orokin cells or neurodes, with the exception of T4 Survival keys (and possibly all T4 keys), because Vor appears and drops a single cell on death. If you want cells, killing Sargus Ruk on Saturn is a good bet. You get one almost every run. ODD and ODA are also good sources of cells.

 

For neurodes, they drop exclusively from Earth and Eris. If you do missions on either planet it wont take you long to track them down. I personally have around 70 because I like to train new weapons/warframes on earth.

Neurode Drops are exactly the reason I go to Earth to train low level stuff. It's either that or very high level Eris, and while I have no particular reason to go to Eris, Earth is a valid option for the low levels, so I tend to spend a lot of time at the defense mission there.

Orokin Derelict Assassination is pretty good for this. The boss there can drop Neurodes, and iirc orokin cells. Though that is high end content.

The void DOES drop orokin cells and in packs of 3 like OP said. It's T3 survival where this happens.
