I think they added a bit of transparency? Is this intended? 

Because it looks terrible IMO.

Part of your problem is that orange and red clash. Just saying.

No. That was never a problem before the hotfix.

The Red seemed like it was painted OVER that Blue & Orange mess.

It was layered ON TOP.

 

But obviously not anymore.

What's a plastiframe? And PBR?

PBR is an improvement we're getting for textures. I can't remember the technical details, but it makes Corpus helmets look actually like metal instead of dull plastic.

 

Also, I noticed this same issue with sigils. Before the update, the New Loka Sigil on my Excalibur's chest was clearly green and saturated, but now its dull grey, and doesn't change colors regardless of what color I pick, as though it were forced into greyscale.

The problem is the sigils aren't solid anymore, they have an opacity. I hope they revert it because I can't see them that well on brighter frame colors.

PBR = physically based rendering

Yeah, it looks like sigil has transparency now, but i want my sigil opaque, so the pink color is pink, and not some washed out cr*p.
