Lost Mods After Completing Mission

Something weird happened to me and im furious for it. I was playing the archwing mission(sabotage) on Neptune and i was farming for a  Hyperion Thrusters and after long streak of destroying those little drones i finally got it and took a screeshot 

 

 

and on extracting too...

 

 

but when i was brought back to my ship i got very different outcome:

 

 

and i lost my mods like Hyperion Thrusters and Rubedo-Lined Barrel

 

so im asking is there anyway i can get those back, like sending a request ticket for help or something???

Total kills is off by 8, so it might be data from an old mission. Have you actually checked your mods if you have them or not, instead of assuming you don't because the mission screen says no?

Checked everything in Inventory>Mods, first thing i checked in recent, then i typed in the search bar, went to Archwing Tab, and nothing...
