All Syndicate Offerings Tradeable?

I would like to collect everything from every syndicate but do I have to collect them myself or can I trade them with my friends?

 

As far as i know the mods and keys are all tradeable. Also the first sigils you get from a syndicate is tradeable.

But what is with the other sigils? And are the Team Restore BPs and the specters tradeable too?

If you only play one hour a day then yes it would take very long. But i play a lot warframe and the syndicates are meant to last long.

Well you CAN trade the first sigils you get. I've tested it with a friend. You can find the sigils und the "Helmet" section
