Any Particular Reason My Launcher Won't Let Me Actually Launch The Game?

It keeps getting stuck at "Checking for new content." I'd really like to play the Limbo I just bought.

 

EDIT: I have reinstalled. I'm not doing it again. I'll miss the haloween stuff if I do (Internet speed is horrible, but manages for games. It's also not normally this horribad.)

Exactly the same on my notebook.

ADSL connection isn't too bad at all, as it allows me to play Warframe nicely (with in-browser music and skype working). But after a hotfix i can't download it. And i don't want to reinstall, because of time wasting. I strongly believe there is a kind of trick to make launcher working without reinstalling.

Both of those links should make you try to download a file from Warframe's servers.  If so, just cancel the download.

 

Do both of those links offer you a file?  If one or both don't work, then that means you're unable to connect to the servers at all, so it's some sort of internet issue.  if they do both work, then it's an issue with your launcher versus your browser, not sure of any sure fix there.

Thank you, mr. Knight! Will check it next time when i'll be stuck. But just now it's updated. Weird stuff: I was looking some answers in the forum and forgot about opened launcher.

Anyways i love you for your answer and it's time for a long tobacco break. Need to sort it out in my head.
