Missing Reward From T3 Defense?

So I joined a group of players for a T3 defense game, hoping to get an Ankyros prime blade. We stayed until wave 40 and the reward for that wave was the ankyros blade. I later went to go check the rewards from the mission, and the blade was not on the list of items that I had obtained in that mission. I traded with another group member for his blade, and when i went to go try to craft my Ankyros prime, it claimed i only had 1 blade (The one i had traded for). I couldn't take a screenshot of the rewards because i tried to restart the game hoping it would magically appear.

Just did a T4 defense, I saw a nyx prime BP as a reward in game and at the end, but when I got back on the ship it was gone and absent from the last mission reward screen.

 

2 people from our group got it, and 1 other person was missing it too....

Same thing happened in T4 defence, got all the rewards except for the last one which was loki systems.
