'power Not Unlocked'

i joined the mission for the third limbo piece, and at the start of the mission i wanted to use iron skin, but it said power not unlocked. ( see first screenshot, see the bottom right)

but about a minute later it said i levelled to 30 and i unlocked all my powers.

 

 

and then 14 excavatars later we get the limbo piece, but there is something wrong with the word, you cant read what it says

I also had that two or three times with Archwing, but strangely I could still use my powers before it said I unlocked everything.

Server lag, I'm guessing that skills are not saved locally and need to be sent to the host in order to implement.
