UncommonUnicorn
Also, guns of that calibre don't need to have massive recoil. This gun doesn't and it fires .50 BMG bullets. Well yeah, i know him, but if he used a .500 SnW with that technique, his hands would fall off. The recoil is way too much for a fast fire rate. If you try firing at maximum rate a .500 SnW would be capable of, youd shoot yourself like that poor woman. Just google .500 SnW suicide and youll read. Could've been fixed by having better firearm use&possession laws in place.
Corvid
I'm actually liking this idea. Currently there are no secondaries in the game with a scope. I'm thinking a handcannon focused on high crit, moderate damage, precision shots. I don't care what the gun would look like, but give it a mid-long range scope and I think it would be cool. Base Stat Thoughts: Fire rate: 1.0-2.0 sounds pretty good. Damage: ~50 Crit Chance: ~30% (somewhere that with maxed mods gets you close to 100%) Crit Damage: 3-4x? (not sure about this one due to not knowing what pistol crit damage mods add) Magazine: 4-5 Reload: ~2.0 DOES NO-ONE REMEMBER THE SEER!?

Netheroc
DOES NO-ONE REMEMBER THE SEER!? ... Lets compare Seer to lex, shall we. Lex Prime > Seer 85 > 84 damage 2.1 > 2.0 fire rate 8 > 8 magazine 2.3 > 2.8 reload 20% > 0% crit chance 200% > 0% crit damage 20% > 10% status chance V > no polarity Puncture based > balanced damage types Hitscan > Travel time Basic zoom > Sniper zoom Think its pretty clear here that Seer is a downgrade to Lex in every way. They also feel very similar. Edited November 2, 2014 by Netheroc
lautalocos
+1 i was excited when they revealed the detron, thinking it was a heavy caliber revolver style weapon, but was disappointed to find out it was a shotgun
Implodingbanana
Come on guys we all know Lato Prime is the best :) dude just don't.....don't feed the fire plus you sound really bad saying that.... fatpig84
I can see what OP wants really. He doesn't want a .357 or .44 like the Vasto, he wants an equal to the Marelok or Lex.
Azawarau
The Seer is a terrible example of a sniper pistol, because travel time. The lanka laughs at you ... Lets compare Seer to lex, shall we. They also feel very similar. You should stop and realize youre comparing a prime weapon to what is literally the first farmable gun you can get on the star chart and the damage is extremely close considering the fact The biggest differences are the crit chance and damage and the fire rate Now imagine how much better the Seer Wraith (or prime) would be compared to lex prime Or lets be fair here and compare it to the regular lex
DSpite
Slow fire rate, insane damage per shot, 5 round magazine. Vasto is ok, but it feels meh. The only strong feeling single-action secondary is the Lex, and thats more of a Desert Eagle design (And by "feeling" i mean how well the game creates the feeling of firing a very hard hitting weapon, recoil, sound etc). Before you say "nooo no revolver in muh space ninja game" or something like that.... We have a pirate that can dissolve into a puddle. We have so many precision primaries, its time for some secondaries aswell. No, it's not "time for revolvers". You just say that because you have some "thing" about revolvers. It's s statement about as biased as it can possibly get. If we added weapons every time someone wanted their favorite RL gun to appear in the game we would be swimming in them.
