iamah
I've been playing this game since forever and I'm really surprised at this Limbo Quest barrier. I've tried with rhino maxed redirection, vitality, equilibrium, tried with several teams and alone too, there just no way to pass this quest for me. The enemies pile up and zerg everything, your shield is useless, you skills are useless. My Archwing mods are decent, I don't have many rares but it's everything in place and maxed. All the other frames were easy to get on release, this is just another level of F2P barrier. Never before I had this kind of difficult to unlock a new frame. Is this how new warframes are going to be now? Edited October 31, 2014 by iamah
izzatuw
I question whose idea was it to make the very first part of the Limbo quest high levelled on a completely new game mode. DE kinda screwed up with this a bit, I admit that their intentions were good but the execution was bad. Edited October 31, 2014 by izzatuw

GinKenshin
a friend inv me once to his first stage of the quest (I think) and it was an archwing INT, they enemies just piled up and captured all the tower, so I understand, but it's not hard to destroy them, just equip your strongest weapon and then melee them, they're in huge groups so it's easy to melee, plus there's no hellions so I found it a bit easy, if only I got 2 more Tennos I think we'd do it
ComfyOlivia
Basically Limbo in a nutshell. Basically Archwing in a nutshell ;P Seriously. Every part of U15 is over toned. Syndicate prices too high, the huge difficulty jump in the Archwing missions, what you have to do before even considering getting Limbo, pretty much everything. This update should have been held a couple more weeks, tbh.

Actually if we are talking about ironing out these problems it would of taken DE a couple months to do it in house, were as released to the full game it has only taken a couple weeks. And OP I agree after playing it myself it feels like an impossible feat, there just doesn't seem to be a way to win it, there are to many things staked in the enemies advantage. DAFIRE
The way you do the limbo quest, Get archwing and melee to 30 Get 3 more tennos with max archwing and melee Stay grouped Kill only the dregs(you 1 hit them even with common mods) Get all 4 points If they cap a point all 4 go cap it If they cap 2 towers at once, get 2 on one and 2 on the other
DaftMeat
1) Bring lots of Energy/Health restores drop them as needed when capturing nodes, but only stick around for 1 or 2 pulses, then move on. 2) Focus on capturing nodes, ignore enemies for the most part. Especially swarms which will easily destroy you. 3) Repel is meant to be spammed when capturing (drop energy restore right before you do) 4) If being chased, sprint backwards, use energy shield, flares, then missiles, but keep running. The more AW missions you do, the more mods you'll get increasing your damage and survivability.

Honestly, farming/levelling in Archwing missions feels much more repetitive than normal missions and made me burned out real fast. Only 2 mission modes one only lasting a while and an intercept which is seeing if the odds are against which they are most of the time. And why does Mod farming feel like eternal RNG Hell just to get one mod.

BrazilianJoe
Part of the problem is that Archwing is so new, so there's 'no one' (some people powereleveled already) to kite you. Just compare with Nekros or Hydroid, or Excalibur even. There are several frames behind high level bosses. You can't get them early unless you are kited. Limbo is just the same. You have to build and level up something (Warframe, Archwing) to then be able to face off the high level enemies. Even though you have to level up two things instead of one, it is not a higher barrier than Nekros or Hydroid. You have to gear up several mastery ranks and mods before you can dish out enough damage to face the enemies to get any of these frames. It does not matter what you use to mastery up. Can weapons, frames, archwings, any of those are equally part of the 'mastery rank-up preparation buffer' you need to go through in order to reach those frames yourself. I don't see anything wrong with that. Except that Rhino and Excalibur should trade places; Rhino should be behind a high-level boss, and Excalibur easily accessible. What is different is what both Mirage's quest and Limbo's have in common: the serialization of the forging of the parts. THAT sucks. But is not a deal-breaker.
