Since My Saryn Build Was Messed Up With The Update.

I need to start making a new build.

Here is two of my own builds

I only use masma and molt since those are the only really useful ones in T4.

No we lost two slots and those two mods i lost were the ones that made me not fall over all the time i used to be so tanky :<

soo...  you had masma and molt?  on your old build giving you 8 slots for mods'   and with the update...  masma and molt are now.. linked directly to the frame.. still gving you 8 mod slots?   how is yoru build messed up?

I didn't use molt before the update cause i could just tank everything.

And i used to only use masma for saving people.

Just masma for when people fall in battle.

yeah..  i'm gone..  bye bye.   cause its this update with the abilities that the devs were talking about.  People modding away the abilities that were trademarks for the frames they went with.    

 

So your down one slot..   Boo whoo.   can't clear the map now, and or take a bit more damage..   not the end of the world.

you just have to find a good balance, thats all. and yes you were a 1 move frame before then. meaning you lost 1 slot.

not the end of the world. just make the exact same build minus steel fiber, or redirection, or overextend. just pick a sacrifice. if you're really pro you'll find you dont really need shield/armor/hp mods.

 

EDIT: this change has really been amazing, with more frames then just one. just give it a try. venom and contagion rely on str. just like miasma.  swap your play style up a bit. i couldnt use molt before and now i can. i can use venom on big enemies now.

 

my loki is no longer a RD or pure invis build. he can do everything now! between range and duration i can do way more then before!   SWAP! CLOAK! DECOY! DISARM!  REZ!  i must say it's really nice to play the frames the way they were meant to be played. the implications are astounding.

no salt at all.

 

you can still find a way to specialize, but this time it has to be more specific then before, or it has to be completely balanced. there are always trade offs. no one can really help you here unless you specifically tell them what you're going for. do you want miasma spam? or sarynTank?

either way, losing one mod isnt changing that much that it would require you to redefine your playstyle unless you really felt like it.

 

I personally feel like it. but you dont have to embrace the change.
