As a token of our gratitude through this unusually long problem solving process -- we are gifting 2x the Platinum to all players who purchased Platinum during this period (from launch Sept 1 through Oct 30 at 9:30am EDT). Fight on, Tenno! _________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Clarification update: Xbox One Tenno, As the script continues to process, it's clear that some form of clarity is needed about how much Platinum is being gifted. If you’ve purchased Platinum from launch, you get the same amount added to your account as a gift. So, if you purchased 1000 Platinum, you’ll get an additional 1000 Platinum added to your account… no strings attached. This includes multiple Platinum purchases made during the above time period. I hope this helps solve the confusion. I personally have been effected by this but my friend is asking me if he is going to get the 2x plat even though he has not had an issue. So i guess the question that im asking is, is the script that you have running going to refund all of the people that have purchased it or only the people effected by this. I tried to find this out on the news and title says that only people effected but on the actual news report itself it says all players. If i could get someone to feedback on this situation so that i cen relay this information to my friend that would be great. Thanks to all of the DE team for resolving this issue! At times I had problems in which I had to exit the game in order for me to retrieve the platinum to use. I just want to make sure is everyone going to get platinum in which has purchased it from the time span you wrote or is it the people that had the problem retrieving the platinum ? Am I right? That is what she said on Devstream #40 at about 37 minutes and twitter says that the script was running about 22 hours ago but nobody I know has received any platinum myself included. I have had some minor issues with purchasing so it would be nice to know if I'm definitely going to get this platinum. I also am awaiting the platinum showing in my account but I know it will take time for the script to hit everyone. This script could time days not just hours depending on the servers - All i can advise is for you to be patient and please allow the Script to run its full course. I would also Like to thank The Warframe Teams for working hard to solve the issue and I really am grateful to you for giving everyone one 2x platinum if they purchased between launch and 30 October THANK YOU again Also on a Side note it is the weekend and even the Dev's need time off, so i would not expect a Dev to be posting on the weekend unless it was an extreme emergency. I Love Warframe and I know that I will be playing this game for the life of the XBOX one as i can see the game will continue to expand and add new and exciting thing that will keep the game going for years to come.
