The 2 Most Issues Here On Warframe: Platinum And Support Tickets

Believe it or not, after viewing a few forums around here, I always seem to find most stuff about people whining about not receiving their platinum right away and the other is when sending a support tickets and they don't respond right away to it.

 

Trust me I don't mind waiting for either both stuff but I find that they may be right. Technically warframe got so many coworkers working there and yet they can't seem to do the stuff quick (because they're busy of course).

 

Maybe DE needs to hire more guys to take care of the platinum and change the support date to Monday to Saturday in of Friday. On Sartudays they could simply just work till 10AM to 3AM so they could leave early (like every Saturday).

Ok scrath that, maybe they should find a way to somehow answer everybody's tickets on time with no delay.

 

But I don't want to create an argument here, I only want to talk about the issue here. If there was a way to improve the Receiving of Platinum and Support Tickets, how could we fix that? What can they do to easily answer to everybody's problems and quickly sent people's platinums without delay? This is something I was really curious to wonder about. I'm just as curious to know what you guys might think about this old problem and explain how to improve it.

The biggest issue is for the masses to overcome their sense of entitlement and learn that patience versus cry baby will get you more favor.  That is on the support tickets.  Platinum is different i guess because it is something you actually paid for.  Maybe those tickets need some type of "Urgent" tag on them to be prioritized to the support staff.  However that opens the support staff up to people claiming a platinum problem then describing something different all together.  Then of course instant and long term account bans should prevent that type of fraud...

And then there's the other issue with the support tickets. Every time they try to answer a support, another one appears and then a dozens more. Is not easy to reply to almost dozens one after the other of problems and try to solved them on your own even if when you got a dozens workers helping. Is not easy and they should find a way to improve that to help them makes things easier for them and for people who wait for the response.

Maybe, but still i thing that might not help. The only way to help them would be to sent a message in the ticket explaining why they're taking so long to reply. Either because they're closed, having a technician problem and others. Or have somebody warn them, etc. They need to also maybe find a new way to make platinum arrive faster. I'm still trying to figure that out how to improve I just don't know how.

That means they probably do a lot of things you are already suggesting.

 

I have pre-made warning messages to certain types of mis-behaviors. I wouldn't expect less of Support.

well most of my support ticket are bug or crash that occure in the game with some photo evidence.

 

And have they fixed it yet? Have they figured out the problem right away and did you have to wait a few days for them to respond? Sorry for the many questions, I'm just curious.

Surely there must be a way to easily sent platinums to others without waiting till we have dozens of angry fans not happy about not getting what they paid for and starts blaming DE (the creators/the workers of warframe) for no reason? What are the ideas that we can do to improve and to help warframe be more fun and happy for all to play without worrying about late Platinum?

I actually have no idea how platinum is given to players. It may be automatic, but the game has a tough time giving it to the players for some reason. It may wait to send until DE receives payment.

I see. You could be right, they even said that for support when they open on Mondays to Fridays. Maybe it's the same for platinums. Except people say they waited sometimes a week, months so that would be no. For me I recently bought 206$ for 4300 platinum on Halloween and hadn't received it yet, so I posted a support ticket and still nothing (due to beng the weekend so of course they ain't gonna work).

 

Maybe besides having to wait to till DE to read our notes (support tickets/and/ or platinum pay check) but have an AI computer to give our money. With todays technologies, they could easiler use that to sent the platinum like a bank.

 

Ok I don't know i'm just trying to figure out how to make it better, faster and more useful. Maybe i'm overthinking it a little.
