How did steels meridian's shattering justice stack with the cicero mod's +60% status chance?

 

Fyi: it only gave +20 status chance, while red veil's gleaming blight gave +100% status chance.

Note the missing '%'. If it just a typo mistake and thus stack additively, then it's a lame mod (for 25k standing) compared to gleaming blight +100%

Based on other mod stacking, it would stack additively.

If it's, then it's lame compared to gleaming blight gave +100%

If not, then does it stack multiplicatively?

 

I mean, cicero's +60% (or +240% with other duals) over shattering's 20+15 base status is huge.

Don't have it yet, but hoping the lack of a % is intentional.

Other weapons are listed the same way, check out the Supra mod it is shown the same way, and they wouldn't buff a weapon with crappy status with 20%... Would they?
