T4 Survival - Lost Rewards

 Today, I was running a T4 Survival with some Alliance players. 
When we extracted at 50 minutes, I noticed that I didn't receive the majority of rewards we had gotten.

Edit: I was playing Nekros, was mainly desecrating for the life support.

might be a visual glitch

did u check inv to see if u got your r5 cores and stuff?

Yep, I did check, the most obvious indicator would have been the Boar Prime stock that we received earlier on, which was missing from my inventory. 

 

Edit: We also got a Mag p Helm, also missing from invent, and 2 sets of 5 x R5 cores which were also missing from my Mods. I don't remember the other rewards, cause those were the ones that I was most excited by.

Same happened to me twice. 2 Forma Bps lost...

Same happened to me on a Defense IV

 

2 ppl got the Nyx prime BP from wave 35 and 2 of us didn't get it.

 

I saw it pop up in game and I was so happy, but then when we finished the mission it was not in the mission report.
