Mods Dont Work If Not Hosting

Hello from the Giant!!

 

I know this has been brought up but this is really annoying.

 

Specifically with the paris some of the mods and sometimes all the mods dont work unless you are hosting the game.

 

Can we fix it to not matter what game your in it will work properly?
