Chat Issue

Hi my first language is not english so sorry if I'm not clear

my localization in game is south america but I play in english and i never go to chat, but i needed a little help with a mission,so went to chat and see this



then a friend told me that chat was full of people so I change the language to spanish and magic



so i have to play in "english ghost-town" or we (I hope I'm not only one) can have a fix for this.
