Limbo's Rift Walk Minor Issues

I was playing today with my brand new built Limbo and met some issues with Rift Walk. When in Rift, my carrier cannot vacuum things, but it was able to do damage. I think companions dont go automatically to rift, because later I could Banish my Doge.

 

Now Drahk Masters. They were able to disarm me when I was in Rift (I was able to pickup my Amprex) also, they could disarm me when Banished and I was outside Rift.

as i understand it, being (out of phase / in limbo / etc) will mean you cannot access items. (by design) and weapons won't work between the planes.

(you can shoot mobs in the area with you, but not outside, and vice versa) -- your sentinel does NOT follow you via rift walk so it can keep firing.

the exception to this is warframe abilities. meaning you can still cast #1 to bring things into the rift with you while you're already there.

this also means that players you banish can still use their abilities on mobs that are on the normal plane.

 

drahk masters are using an ability, so, much like the players in the situation above, they can still disarm you regardless of which plane you're in. (although they can't damage you unless you're on the same plane as they are)

 

confused yet? (if there is someone out there that can explain this with less convoluted logic, please do so, also if i'm incorrect here please inform me)

i played limbo up to 30 and did some experimentation but by no means was it exhaustive.

Drahks are using their weapon, not ability (they throw Halikar), but I think you are right, thats why eximus aura still works on me while in rift.

I've also noticed when playing with Limbos that, when in rift, a Tenno-thrown Halikor does no damage to non-rifted enemies, but it can still disarm them.

 

Also while Carrier's Vacuum doesn't work in rift, it can pick up drops that are inside a Cataclysm when Carrier is outside it.
