Caches Are Still Here

i just did a syndicate mission on earth and it i found one of those caches with a white lock. While nowhere on the HUD there was an indication that there were 3 caches in this mission. (it contained a common fusion core).

Maybe a leftover from the halloween or so?

Or if it is intended, can we get the 0/3 caches found back below the minimap please.

They are meant to stay - they were introduced accidentally a while back, and then removed. Now DE made their return on the Earth tileset official.

Caches are also a permanent addition to earth sabotage, but they're not displayed on the UI

Sabotage missions on Earth have caches, yes, but in my experience the best you can get from it is a Neurode.

Lotus does inform you that she detected caches. I took the HUD element not appearing as just a bug.

It seems like if you join after the mission has already started, the "Grineer Caches X/3" doesn't appear in your UI, but if you're there when the mission starts (grate animation and all) it will work correctly.

 

I've found Detonite Injectors in them a couple times, so they can be worth seeking out.
