Blind Justice - Forced Bleed Proc Not Working

Basically, the "Guiding Light" combo for Blind Justice nikana stance (EE pause EEEE) originally had a forced Slash Proc on the third attack (bolded; the lunging animation), but that doesn't seem to be working on my end. I've tried it in both squads and solo missions, but the lunge simply deals completely normal damage without a forced proc on top of it. This is while channeling, at least; not sure if the proc happens or not when channeling is off.

 

Not exactly the most major issue happening in the game right now, of course, but it would be nice to see this addressed. XD
