I was in a public game and I got downed, I was the only one in the public game so it instantly gave me the revive screen, I clicked revive and it said mission failed. I play solo a lot... that means I get downed sometimes... then today, I got a bleedout countdown...on a solo game... and when I died, I clicked review and the game said "Mission failed". well.. sucks.
