[Warframe Concept] Manhattan, Quantum, Terminus, Photon, And Svalinn: Five New Warframes!

Greetings Tenno, this is a continuation of a previous topic that failed quite miserably, but this one has the three originals fully complete in addition to two more which I have been working on! There's also some preliminary and frankly terrible pixel art of each frame's helmet, since I can't draw for my life, so enjoy! Suggestions, balancing tweaks, and especially alternative concept art would be appreciated. Sorry for the mess. I can't get the spoiler tags to work properly.

 

Well, here we go!

 

Manhattan - The Nuclear Warframe

1st power - Radiation Leak (25 Energy)
Deals 150/200/250/350 Radiation damage to target within 25/30/40/45m in addition to creating a damaging 5/7/9/11m radius AoE around the target that deals 50/60/70/80 Radiation damage per second for 5 seconds.
 
2nd power - Power Vent (50 Energy)
Deals 300/400/500/600 Radiation damage to all targets in an 80° cone 12/15/18/20m long with 100% status chance
 
3rd power - Reactor (50 Energy)
All allies regain 35/40/45/50 Energy over a period of 5 seconds with you regaining 17/20/22/25 Energy over 10 seconds.
 
4th power - Nuclear Warhead (100 Energy)
Deals 700/800/900/1000 Blast damage plus 200/300/400/500 Radiation damage to every enemy within 10/11/13/16m of Manhattan in addition to having 15m knockback to enemies
 
Quantum - The Temporal Warframe

1st power - Slow (25 Energy)
Deals 150/200/250/350 Cold Damage to a target within 30/35/40/50m and slowing them 50/60/70/80% for 10/12/15/20 seconds. (Does not affect bosses)
 
2nd power - Freeze Wall (50 Energy)
Creates a 6/8/10/12m wall 3m in front of the caster that blocks all projectiles for 15/20/25/30 seconds, unleashing them all at once after the duration is over. This can be cancelled prematurely. Beam and lasers are blocked and do not accumulate. Neither enemies nor allies can pass through
 
3rd power - Fast Forward (75 Energy)
Speed yourself up for 10/15/20/25 seconds by 40/50/60/70%, increasing fire rate, movement speed, shield recovery, energy recovery, and casting time accordingly.
 
4th power - Time Stop (100 Energy)
All enemies within a 10/12/14/18m radius are stopped for 15 seconds and take 500/600/700/800 Cold damage. Stopped enemies do not take any damage, but any projectile that contacts them will become active once they are no longer stopped, damaging or attaching to them. Beams and lasers have no effect whatsoever on stopped enemies. (Bosses only take damage)
 
Terminus - The Spatial Warframe

1st power - Stretch (25 Energy)
You alter the space in front of you to stretch your arms and grab two enemies within 30/32/35/40m (one targeted and the next closest enemy) and slam them together, dealing 200/300/400/500 Impact damage to each and knocking them down. (Does not affect bosses)
 
2nd power - Distortion (50 Energy)
You distort the dimensions around all enemies in sight within 25/28/32/38m, disorienting them for 15/20/25/30 seconds, lowering their accuracy and increasing all damage taken by 35/40/45/50%. 
 
3rd power - Möbius Field (75 Energy)
You create a 3/5/7/9m energy field around yourself and a copy at a target up to 50/60/70/75m away for 10/12/15/20 seconds. Any projectiles that pass through one field are launched out of the other 60/65/75/80% of the time.
 
4th power - Dimension Drop (100 Energy)
A single enemy up to 30/40/50/60m away is temporarily smashed downward into a 4-Dimensional plane of existence, taking 1200/1500/1750/2000 Finisher damage causing a ripple in space 8/10/12/15m wide that hits all enemies in range, damaging them for 1000/1200/1400/1600 Impact damage.
 
Photon - The Light Warframe

1st Power -  Blades of Light (25 Energy)
You launch 3/4/5/6 fast homing projectiles at enemies near your target reticle within 25/30/35/40m that deal 50/60/70/80 Radiation damage and 80/100/120/150 Fire damage each. 
 
2nd Power - Sunburst (50 Energy)
You quickly teleport to the targeted enemy with a maximum range of 25/27/30/35m before releasing an powerful explosion of energy, dealing 400/500/600/700 Blast damage to all enemies within 3/5/8/10m in addition to heavy knockback.
 
3rd Power - Solar Power (75 Energy)
Absorbing energy from nearby light sources, you gather a strength boost to all of your Warframe powers with a maximum boost of x180/200/220/240% for 15/20/25/30 seconds, increasing your boost in accordance to illumination.
 
4th Power - Solar Flare (100 Energy)
You launch a bolt of light at an enemy within 50/60/70/80m, which then chains to up to 8/10/14/17 enemies within 15/17/20/25m of the original target, dealing 1000/1200/1400/1600 Finisher damage to each enemy struck by the bolt of light
 
Svalinn - The Guardian Warframe

Armor: 600
Energy: 100
Sprint Speed: .75
Stamina: 50
 
1st Power - Grand Shield (25 Energy)
Creates a wall of ferrite similar to Svalinn’s shield 6/7/8/9m wide in front of Svalinn. This shield blocks all incoming projectiles (AoE passes through) and has a health of 500/700/900/1200 with 600 armor. After this, the shield will break, but will dissolve on its own after 20/25/30/35 seconds. 
 
2nd Power - Gjallarhorn (50 Energy)
Constructs a large statue that blows a powerful horn continuously for 10/12/15/20 seconds that pushes back enemies within 8/10/12/15m and deals 50/60/70/80 Impact damage per second. The statue has 200/300/400/500 health and 450 armor.
 
3rd Power - Lævateinn (75 Energy)
Your weapons are replaced by a large claymore, allowing you to only use melee attacks. Lævateinn acts as an equipped melee weapon, allowing you to block and channel. The weapon acts identically to a Galatine with Cleaving Whirlwind, but the blade is 2/3/4/5m long, making it incredibly large. The base damage for this weapon is 300/350/400/500 Slash with 20/30/40/50 Impact/Puncture damage. This power is not affected by melee mods.
 
4th Power - Shield From the Sun (100 Energy)
You take cover behind Svalinn’s enormous shield as it emits two powerful attacks. All enemies in a 150° cone 10/12/15/18m long in front of you take 800/1000/1200/1500 Fire damage while all enemies in an identical cone behind you take as much Cold damage.
