Level Upping Failure

Hi!

I ended from level 10 and start the level 11 test.
-Klick rank up key.
-He starts to load game, after 2 sec then throw the loading window to menu.
-Again click to runk up key and says to try after 23. hour xy min.xy sec

My internet connection is stable.
I buyed affinity boster pack. I can not use it for 1 day and it was not my fault.

Please fix the problem.
