Ps4 Account Migrate When And How ?

I will go to the straight problem,i don't know when DE will let us Migrate account from PC to PS4 again so i make this topic to ask about when will they let us migrate again and i sorry for my bad english.

P/S:i heard someone say if i Migrate account from PC to PS4 i will lost my PC account forever,is't true ?

If it were to happen you will not lose your PC account, your PC account will be unaffected by it.

Thats a lie, it only creates a copy of your warframe account on your PS4 account.

with some limitation such as plat purchase and items that are not yet in current update
