Limbo Display Nova Animation/power& Other Stuff

Hello palying today while ranking the warframe limbo from around level 4 to 7 i found that once the 3rd power became available that it would show a animation just like Nova null star, with particles orbiting &rotating around Limbo....from this point several diferent things happened...1st it would atract every object within range i mean lots & most..like energy orbs & life, other objects( as i had the Sentinel carrier)repeatedly would atract everything &keept doing so without stoping but althought this was happening i seemed to not have any energy to use any skills...my energy stayed at zero.
